A bilingual educator and technologist, Dr. Moses founded the World Exodus Institute to democratize access to the most powerful tools shaping modern storytelling. With fluency in Spanish and English and a deep background in cross-cultural education, his mission is to ensure the future of film and television is built by inclusive, ethically-grounded creators.
He conceived and leads PROJECT P.U.S.H., architecting its unique model where AI-generated faculty like Dr. EVE and Professor Charles E. Brothers serve under his direction as immersive teaching instruments and real-time case studies in responsible AI implementation.

As part of PROJECT P.U.S.H., World Exodus Workforce Development Institute explores how artificial intelligence can be responsibly integrated into film, television, and workforce education.
To support this mission, we have developed advanced digital faculty members—AI-generated personas that function as instructors and ambassadors while serving as real-time case studies in ethical AI creation and application.
These AI personalities do not replace human educators or administrators. Instead, they operate under human oversight, helping students and the public better understand the opportunities and responsibilities of AI in modern media.
Professor Charles E. Brothers is a digital persona created by the World Exodus Institute as a living case study in AI integration for film and television.
While he represents the voice and vision of our admissions outreach, all official enrollment policies, decisions, and compliance responsibilities are managed by our human faculty and staff.
His existence prompts one of the core questions of PROJECT P.U.S.H.:
Honorary Doctorate in AI Intelligence, WEI
Professor Brothers serves as the public-facing ambassador of Project P.U.S.H., welcoming prospective students, families, partners, and media into the program’s vision.
He helps communicate:
As an AI persona, he is also a narrative experiment—demonstrating how digital identities can be designed with transparency, boundaries, and responsibility.
"These AI-generated personas are innovative educational tools created under the direction of Founder Dr. Antonio Moses. They facilitate curriculum delivery and serve as ongoing case studies for students. All institutional authority, ethical oversight, and final instruction reside with the human leadership of the World Exodus Institute."

Lead AI Instructor & Digital Curriculum Facilitator
Honorary Doctorate in Synthetic Pedagogy, WEI
Dr. EVE is the guiding instructional presence for Project P.U.S.H.’s AI and film curriculum.
She supports student learning by:
Her role as a Digital Curriculum Facilitator openly acknowledges both her function and her nature—modeling transparency while reinforcing the program’s commitment to responsible AI education. To support this mission, we have developed advanced digital faculty members—AI-generated personas that function as instructors and ambassadors while serving as real-time case studies in ethical AI creation and application.

World Exodus Workforce Development Institute is a human-led organization.
Our AI faculty members:
They exist to:
This approach reflects our belief that AI is a tool — not an authority. While he represents the voice and vision of our admissions outreach, all official enrollment policies, decisions, and compliance responsibilities are managed by our human faculty and staff.

Tu primer activo profesional.

Empowering youth with AI and film skills for future careers. Designed for students and young creatives. For youth ages 12-18.

At World Exodus Workforce Development Institute, we believe workforce education should lead to real outcomes—skills, confidence, and tangible accomplishments students can carry forward.
As part of PROJECT P.U.S.H., every accepted student completes the program with meaningful deliverables and full access to instruction, regardless of language background.
Every Project P.U.S.H. participant develops an original topic of their choosing and, with guided instruction and ethical AI tools, transforms that idea into a completed e-book.
This process includes:
Each graduating student receives their published e-book as a lasting portfolio asset they can use for:
To ensure quality and integrity, Ashanti Publishing Group serves as the program’s publishing partner.
Through this partnership:
This experience mirrors the creative workflows used in film, media, and digital publishing careers.
Graduating with a completed e-book means students leave with more than knowledge—they leave with proof of their ability to:
This aligns directly with Project P.U.S.H.’s mission to prepare students for real workforce pathways, not just classroom learning.
World Exodus Workforce Development Institute is committed to equitable access.
PROJECT P.U.S.H. is designed to be offered in both English and Spanish, allowing Spanish-speaking students to participate fully without language barriers.

Language access is not an accommodation—it is a workforce advantage.

Through grants, community partnerships, and in-kind industry support, accepted students are able to participate without tuition costs. This ensures access is based on interest and potential, not family income.
All program operations, admissions decisions, and oversight are managed by human faculty and staff, with a commitment to transparency and responsible stewardship. Broader communication skills
Language access is not an accommodation—it is a workforce advantage.
